This tour will introduce you to the old part of the city of Fez (Medinat Al Qadima), where you can visit the Madrasa of Attarine or the Madrasa of Bou Inania, two excellent examples of Marini architecture from the beginning of the 14th century. In addition, you will see the famous and charming Nejjarine Fountain, the oldest fountain in Fez, hidden in the labyrinth of winding alleys of the old town. The other highlights of the trip will undoubtedly be the Moulay Idriss II Mausoleum and the exterior of the Karaouine mosque. The latter has played a unique role in Islamic history, as its adjacent university has become one of the main spiritual and educational centers of the Muslim world. According to UNESCO, it is in fact the oldest educational institution in the world. This trip lasts approximately 11 hours, returning to your hotel in Casablanca in the afternoon around 7:00 p.m.
